StreetMac acts as an Advisor to major national entities for the acquistion of Notes and Real Estate on Retail Assets from the CMBS and Investment Banking marketplace.  In it's advisory role, StreetMac is involved in a combination of services, including advising on the capital structure, due diligence, arranging financing and locating equity.

 

StreetMac Asset Managers is a nationwide asset manager, property manager and leasing agent of shopping centers, predominantly malls. In this regard,StreetMac is focussed on assisting owners, lenders and special servicers with respect to defaulted loans and REO assets. To date StreetMac has provided assistance with the transition planning on more than 4 million square feet of special servicer related large retail assets. On assets to be acquired, StreetMac's principals have sponsored the acquisitions along with a capital partner.

In its advisory role, StreetMac utilizes relationships with CMBS special servicers and major commercial and investment banks.
